Can't thank you enough for all your help with my buyers, however the house Odeth wanted has sold!
I hate this fast paced market. I should have told you to help me get her to write the offer contengent on the VA loan, so we coulld have nailed it down! The good listings go fast and bidding above list price is another huge problem I am having with buyers! It seems that we must bid about $10,000 over list to get into escrow!
I hate this market, and may have quit by now, if I had not teamed up with you!

Thank You for all the info! It is so helpful and allows me to be more up to date. I gladly signed the petition for RESPA 9, as that has been a stumbling block to many deals. It makes no sense for them to require prequalification/using a major bank who cannot offer the best rates to my clients or offer personal attention.
